Mission & Values
What We Stand For
Three principles behind every job, from a dripping faucet to a full repipe.
Honesty, Always
You hear what's wrong and what it costs before a single wrench turns. If something changes, you hear it first.
Craft We're Proud Of
Proper parts, clean joints and work that holds up, because a fix that fails isn't a fix.
Respect for Your Home
Shoes covered, work area protected, and everything cleaned up before we leave.
Licensed & Bonded
Tidal Wave Rooter & Plumbing holds CSLB #1158712, classification C-36 Plumbing Contractor. Every active CSLB license carries a contractor bond.
Mission
We Believe Every Home Deserves Honest, Reliable Plumbing
Gerardo started Tidal Wave Rooter & Plumbing to give Los Angeles homes and businesses a plumber who explains the problem, quotes the fix up front and does it right the first time.
